Your provisional
booking will be held for five days pending arrival of
your booking
form
and 30% deposit. On receipt of these, a final invoice
will be issued as confirmation of
your booking. |

The final balance
of the rental cost plus a security deposit of £500
to be held against damage and breakage's, must be received no less than ten
weeks prior to the rental commencement date. On receipt
of these, directions and arrival information will be sent
to you. |

If the
final balance and security deposit
do not arrive in full by the due date then the owners
reserve the right to give notice that the reservation
is cancelled. The tenants will remain liable to pay
the balance of the rent.
